Common questions

About our services and office.

My employer has not paid my salary. What can I do?

Bring your appointment letter or employment contract, your pay records, and any message about the unpaid amount. We explain the steps available to claim it and how a labour complaint works.

Do you act for employers as well as employees?

Yes. We advise both. Employers come to us about contracts, disciplinary process, and responding to complaints; employees come about pay, dismissal, and workplace treatment.

I was dismissed and believe it was unfair. Can you help?

Yes. Bring your contract, the dismissal letter, and any warning or notice you received. We review whether the correct process was followed and explain what remedies the law allows.
